i am so surprised, because the reason i started it was because i saw someone on the clock app talk about how they didn’t know how the third generation son was bad, but they knew something was gonna come up about that.
i’m literally in episode two, and it’s kind of obvious to me? the man chose to still travel with his dad, who got found out for cheating and whose wife and daughter are pissed at, but he “does not want to end up like his dad”, yet he chose a week to spend time with two of the most misogynistic men on the planet.
episode 2: when they have dinner and he implies that women don’t like “nice guys like him”. their entire conversation about relationships was lit normal friend conversation, and they have directly opposed points of views and yet he was like, can i kiss you? he was talking abou t wanting a serious relationship, knows full well she wants to have fun, but it doesn’t click to him, becasue he does not listen.
like, she does not have time for anything else, and is literally falling apart with the level of constant stress, but the second she mentions her meds, he’s put off. he literally does not see her as a person, and only tries to calm her down when its convenient, in order for him to continue hanging out wit her, taking advantage of the fact that she’s very much stressed to set up situations for them to spend more time together.
